PP Neutralizing Powder: ENP
Brief introduction
PP Neutralizing Powder ENP is a neutralizer after potassium permanganate bleaching during denim washing process. It is a substitution of oxalic acid, sodium pyrosulfite or hydroxylamine sulfate.
When sodium - metabisulfite or oxalic acid neutralizes potassium permanganate, a large amount of toxic gas is produced. This product is non-toxic and odorless, which can greatly improve the working environment.
The product is free of formaldehyde, APEO, heavy - metal ions.

Used for eliminating residues of potassium permanganate in denim washing process.

Equipment washing machine
ENP 0.75-2%(o.w.f)
Temperature 20-40°C
Time 10-15mins
Liquid Ratio 1:10-20
Storage
Package: 25KG/bag.
Keep in a cool place at about 5-40°C for at least 12 months shelf life.
